We bring 33 years experience of running a very successful law firm, a firm that has embedded technology and scaling into its very core. We have worked on a contingency fee basis for all our clients. If we were not efficient and effective, we did not make money. That is the insight your firm needs as it scales and experiences the stress of success.

The half day session and two day on-site intensive are single payment services, due at engagement. Year long engagements are based upon a monthly retainer with additional deferred payments to be paid out of future fees. We fund much of the cost out of your future fees which we increase and multiply over our engagement.
