For over 25 years, he focused on complex maritime injury cases, achieving high-level success in a competitive contingency-fee environment. The half day assessment is a virtual session focused on diagnosing key operational challenges and gaps, and strategic opportunities. The outcome is a high level document providing strategic observations and immediate suggestions.

TWO-DAY INTENSIVE
The two-day intensive is an on site in-depth, hands-on engagement designed to create meaningful structural change. This results in a highly detailed roadmap of solutions to fix what’s not working, improve what is, and maximize opportunities. It is a path to where your firm could be in 6 to 12 months.
